Cancellations 7 days before appointment, 100% refund.

Cancellation Policy: If the mediation is canceled after it is confirmed, the following percentage of the mediation fee will be charged: Cancellation four weeks or more prior to mediation: 0% (no fee) Cancellation three weeks prior to mediation: 50% Cancellation two weeks prior to mediation: 75% Cancellation one week or less prior to mediation: 100%
